POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMS
FLAME University offers two-year MBA, MBA (Communications Management), M.Sc. (Economics), a one-year certificate Postgraduate Program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (PGPEI) and a one-year FLAME Scholars Program.
PROGRAM DETAILS
The MBA program will prepare you for roles as a management professional in the business world. You will develop as an expert in your chosen field, sensitive to the environment and culture, accountable to your community, ethical in all you do, and global in your outlook and approach. You will learn how to analyze and solve complex business problems, lead others in teams, and communicate effectively with your customers, clients, and colleagues.

Addressing real-world challenges, while learning at a university is highly rewarding to a student. To bring out the inner researcher and scholar in a student, FLAME ensures that they are encouraged to conduct their desired research at all levels. FLAME helps a student build capacity, and address knowledge and skill gaps for effective research. When a student investigates truths, they invent realities. Students conduct their own research, under the supervision of faculty, or collaborate with faculty on several research projects. This not only transforms a student's academic abilities but also enhances their critical thinking capacities and team building skills.
STUDENT SUPPORT
Writing and quantitative reasoning are integrated across the undergraduate curriculum. The Writing Centre, and the Q Centre help students cope, excel in their academic work, and strengthen their skill sets.
FLAME also has a library that houses thousands of books across disciplines and multiple journals and databases, providing students with academic resources to help build their learning capacity. The library consists of reading rooms, discussion rooms, reference rooms, and a computer lab, among others.
FLAME University’s faculty members are not only exceptional teachers but also mentors and advisors who guide a student's curiosity to its fullest potential. They are fully invested in the growth of the students. FLAME’s Guru-Shishya philosophy assigns faculty mentors to students to help them progress and overcome hurdles in their student lives. A constant feedback loop guarantees a collaborative learning environment, leading to enhanced personal growth and professional development.
FLAME’s Career Services Office works with students and alumni to help them find their ideal job or internship and support their entrepreneurial spirit or higher education aspirations.
Special needs students are provided with academic support to help them perform to the best of their abilities. Additionally, they are also provided with logistical support, counseling support, monitoring performance support, and any other required assistance to excel at FLAME.
